I’m Noah Cathey, a journalist, photographer, and designer who believes that storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to shape culture and challenge systems. As a journalism student at Morehouse College focused on social justice, I work where creativity meets impact, bringing together visuals, words, and ideas to tell stories that matter.
I have served as the Layout Director for The Maroon Tiger, where I have led the design and launch of major print editions, including the Centennial Man of the Year magazine. My work also covers political and cultural stories, including reporting on the 2024 presidential election, photographing leaders such as Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz. In the fall of 2025, I served as Media Director for a successful Atlanta City Council campaign. In every role, I aim to create narratives that are visually engaging and socially meaningful.
Whether I am behind a camera, designing a layout, or writing a story, my goal stays the same: to capture the moment and help move it forward. I create with purpose, rooted in culture, community, and the responsibility to tell stories that not only inform, but also resonate and last.
